Yes. Everything discussed in our sessions is kept strictly confidential according to ethical codes of practice, with standard legal and safeguarding exceptions explained during our first consultation.

Do I need a GP referral?

No referral is necessary. You can get in touch directly to book an initial appointment or arrange an introductory chat.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies according to your personal circumstances. We will regularly review our progress together so you remain in control of your journey.

Can I attend sessions remotely?

Yes, secure video and telephone sessions are available if you live outside Plymouth or prefer the convenience of speaking from home.
